Are you just about finished with 2020? Are you also trying to stream everything Netflix has ever made?
Whew alright, now I don’t feel so bad. We are in…yes, you guessed it: “unprecedented times.” DUN DUN DUN.
This means we need to forgive ourselves when our behavior is anything but normal. At the same time, it’s helpful to remain aware of these small changes happening in our thought patterns, before our brains go off the deep end.
This is why intentional thinking is more important now than ever. Are you accomplishing what you’d like or just going through the motions?
Focus is key to accomplishing our wildest dreams but with so many distractions and responsibilities, we don’t always have time to achieve this.
That’s why I wrote the book, Fearless Focus.
I wanted to understand why I couldn’t lock in the good habits like I wanted to. I came to terms with my obsession with technology, the countless hours spent scrolling through feeds of unnecessary information forced me to decide where my time was truly valuable.
Where is your time most valuable?
Just when you think you’ve heard or seen it all, you notice something that opens your eyes to a way you’ve never thought before.
To achieve this revelation in the first place, your mindset has to be aligned. Are you open to learning something new? To have you socks blown off by some profound information that could change the way you operate?
I am obsessed with finding these a-ha moments. I try to research as many helpful techniques as possible until I find the ones that stick. After assessing if they’re working or not, I look for more and keep trying. I’m still learning every day and I get so excited to share what I’ve learned and perfected with others.
Everyone is different, thus the book is filled with techniques from all different walks of life. You’re sure to find a couple that really resonate, and could eventually turn into life-long patterns with the very real possibility of being thrown into an upward trajectory.
So if you’re looking for a helpful tool, arm yourself with this quick read. C’mon, I can’t write a book about distraction and make it as long as the encyclopedia…we all have busy lives. Knock it out and move on to what this book is all about; trying the techniques it offers to achieve a positive outcome.
If you ever feel like you’re on autopilot, you can’t stick to a new habit for more than a couple days, or you know someone who could use a perspective shift, check this one out.
Brighten your outlook on life and maybe learn a thing or two you’ve never thought about in the process!
HERE'S WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT
“The author is an authoritative, yet down-to-earth guide, sharing her own struggles and how she was ultimately able to find focus. Many options are laid out so that the reader can try whatever feels right. I enjoyed the book and took away some new ideas to try.”

“Ever lose control of what your own mind is thinking? Can’t seem to stop thinking about something (or a lot of things)? This excellent book will help you gain control and focus in easy-to-implement suggestions. It will help you dig deep into mindset and changing your way of thinking (or not thinking). Loved it! Plan on reading it again to capture what I might’ve missed the first time!”
– Reviewer, Amazon
“I think I will apply some of the ideas to my own life and probably will re-read some sections again. For me personally, it’s very easy to spend too much time “in my head,” so to speak – the author addresses this and how to get out of your mind and back into living, action and focused on what’s most important to you. This is a book worth reading.”
